The MLB has recently implemented updates that affect how ticket details are retrieved via account sweeps. To ensure uninterrupted barcode retrieval and order fulfillment, specific settings must now be configured directly within the MLB Ballpark app.
Due to MLB security updates, our system can no longer retrieve ticket details unless:
Email forwarding is enabled
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is properly configured
The account email is verified for ticket access
Step 1: Enable Email Forwarding (Required)
Email forwarding is now 100% required for MLB accounts. This allows our system to securely receive verification codes and account notifications needed to retrieve ticket details.
If email forwarding is not enabled, sweeps will fail.

Step 2: Configure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in the MLB Ballpark App (Required)
MLB now requires 2FA to properly access account details. This must be configured directly inside the MLB Ballpark app.
What You Need:
A verified email address
A linked phone number
Both must be connected to your Ballpark account.
Set OTP Delivery Method to Email
After linking both your email and phone number:
Log into your MLB Ballpark account.
Go to your security or verification settings.
Select your verification method.
Choose Email as the method for receiving one-time passcodes (OTP).
Email must be selected as the default verification method for our system to successfully sweep the account.
Step 3: Verify Your Email for Ticket Access (Required)
In addition to 2FA, your email address must be verified specifically for ticket access.
How to Verify:
Log into your MLB account.
Navigate to My MLB Account Emails.
Confirm that your email shows as verified for ticket access.
If it is not verified, click Resend and complete the verification process.
If your email is not verified for ticket access, ticket details and barcodes cannot be retrieved.
Note: Without these steps completed, you will be wholly responsible for the fulfillment of your MLB orders.
