Due to MLB security updates, our system can no longer retrieve ticket details via account sweeps unless the following three requirements are met. Without completing all three steps, you will be solely responsible for the fulfillment of your MLB orders.
Email forwarding is enabled
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is properly configured
Your account email is verified for ticket access
Step 1 β Enable Email Forwarding (Required)
Email forwarding is required for all MLB accounts. It allows our system to securely receive verification codes and account notifications needed to retrieve ticket details. If email forwarding is not enabled, account sweeps will fail.

Step 2 β Configure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in the MLB Ballpark App (Required)
MLB requires 2FA to access account details. This must be configured inside the MLB Ballpark app. You'll need both a verified email address and a linked phone number connected to your Ballpark account.
Set your OTP delivery method to Email:
Log into your MLB Ballpark account
Go to your security or verification settings
Select your verification method
Choose Email as the method for receiving one-time passcodes (OTP)
Email must be selected as the default verification method for our system to successfully sweep the account.
Step 3 β Verify Your Email for Ticket Access (Required)
In addition to 2FA, your email address must be verified specifically for ticket access.
Log into your MLB account
Navigate to My MLB Account Emails
Confirm your email shows as verified for ticket access
If not verified, click Resend and complete the verification process
If your email is not verified for ticket access, ticket details and barcodes cannot be retrieved.
Barcode Delivery Requirements by Marketplace
Due to MLB's integration with various secondary markets, barcodes may be required for fulfillment depending on the exchange. Below is a breakdown of current delivery requirements:
Barcode Required: StubHub, Ticketmaster, Vivid Seats, Gametime, Ticket Evolution, and TickPick
Direct Transfer: Automatiq's B2B, SeatGeek, GoTickets, Ticket Network
Note: It is assumed that any tickets posted through Lysted are eligible for resale. When selling on a broker-to-broker exchange, your order may be cancelled if you deliver resale-ineligible tickets, as those marketplaces are intended for sales between ticket resellers.
