Lysted users now have the ability to leverage the Sync / Secure My Pass integration to automatically generate transferless links and fulfill orders.

Lysted will not be held liable for denied entries as a result of this technology. Any issues related to links created via Secure My Pass should be directed to their team.

Utilizing the Secure My Pass integration requires Sync to pass the associated account and ticket information to them, including passwords.

By leveraging Secure My Pass, you agree to be fully responsible for the fulfillment of any orders designated as this delivery method. The Lysted fulfillment team will not be able to generate links on your behalf.

Create and Fund Account

To use this integration, you'll need to create an account directly with Secure My Pass.

Your Secure My Pass account will be billed directly for any links that are created. For more information on how to fund your account, you can view their funding guide.

Configure your API Token

Once your account is created and funded, navigate to your "Profile" settings on Secure My Pass. You'll see an option to create an API Key. Create and copy your API Key.

Navigate to the Lysted Settings --> Keys page. Under the Secure My Pass Token section, click "Register Token", paste and save your API Key.

The API key will need to be registered with all of your associated Lysted accounts. You are permitted to use the same API key on multiple accounts.

How to use Secure My Pass links

To use a Secure My Pass link to fulfill your orders, the internal note smpwallet needs to be added to your inventory.

This note can be added to your ticket listings prior to sale from the inventory tab, or after sales take place from the fulfillment details modal.

To properly generate the SMP link for an order, the account needs to be added to Sync with an accurate password, and the tickets need to be properly matched between Sync and Lysted.

Secure My Pass works similar to the native Transferless feature in Sync. You'll see an agent/job on the Transfer Attempt History view when the automation tries to generate a link and fulfill an order.

  • If that request is successful, a URL will be generated.

    • You will see success on agent/job.

    • A URL will be present on the Order in Sync.

    • Sync will automatically deliver that URL to the marketplace.

    • The order will be marked complete.

  • In the case of a failure, sync will show the corresponding error message on the Transfer Attempt History view.

    • Most commonly, a link will need to be made closer to the event date.

Supported Sites

Sync currently supports the following sites for Secure My Pass links.

  • Ticketmaster

    • For non-transferable TM events (e.g. Billie Eilish, Fred Again, etc.) SMP links will need to be manually generated on the user end due our system being unable to automate SMPs email binding process.

  • Ticketmaster AM

    • In order for SMP transferless to work, the ticket must look like this inside of the TEAMS MOBILE APP account manager and be present with a rotating barcode like so:

      If your ticket looks like this, however:

      That means it is either not within the 24-48 hours where the team releases the barcode on the app OR if it is with 24-48 hours then you will need to utilize SMPS manual binding method.
