Automatiq B2B is a new product that allows Lysted users to purchase tickets directly from any other seller within the Automatiq ecosystem. This article will serve as a basic guide on the best practice for using Automatiq B2B.
**PLEASE NOTE** - Our B2B is not barcode integrated with any teams or venues. Any B2B purchase (and any secondary market purchase from a non-barcode integrated exchange) that you plan to re-sell, we recommend that you DO NOT list these for sale on any barcode integrated exchange. This is because the tickets that you purchase may be available for mobile transfer, but may not be eligible for resale on the barcode level (group tickets, student tickets, etc.). See our Barcode Integration and Fulfillment for list of the barcode integrated exchanges and more information.
Navigating B2B
B2B can be accessed by logging into your Lysted account and navigating to the following URL - https://app.sync.automatiq.com/sync/b2b/events
The navigation bar at the top of your screen will allow you to move throughout the platform and directly into Sync and Uptick
Events
The events page will provide a list of events that are available for purchase on Automatiq B2B. Events can be filtered by various data points such as Event Name, Venue, Date, Performer and Category.
Clicking on the event will take you to the event purchasing page, where you can view and purchase all of the available inventory.
Purchases
The purchases page will provide a detailed record of all of your B2B purchases. These purchases can be filtered, and clicked to view more detailed information about the order and ticket delivery information.
Wallet
The Automatiq Wallet is the ACH payment system for B2B. Within the wallet page, you'll be able to add a bank account, and make deposits into your Automatiq Wallet. Deposits into the wallet should be instantly available to use for purchases across the platform. Funds that are leftover and not used for purchases can also be withdrawn back into your bank account.
You are not required to use Automatiq Wallet to purchase on B2B. Credit cards can be used for purchases with an additional 3% fee. However, leveraging Automatiq Wallet will be the most cost efficient way to transact.
B2B Settings
The B2B Settings page will allow you to set company defaults for your payment and delivery preferences. Setting a company default will automatically populate your payment and delivery information on purchases, allowing for a faster checkout experience
Purchasing Tickets
Accessing a B2B event page will display all of the available tickets for purchase within an event. Clicking the "Buy" button will bring you directly into the checkout experience
At the top of the checkout flow, you'll be able to see the event information, and select the quantity of tickets that you'd like to purchase out of the listing.
Next you'll find any notes that the seller has provided for this listing. This is where you'd also see any disclosures such as side view, obstructed view etc.
Within the delivery section, you can specify the email address and phone number that you'd like associated with the delivery for this purchase. You can add new email addresses and phone numbers here if you do not want to use the company default.
The payment method section will allow you to specify how you'd like to pay for these tickets. If you are using ACH (Automatiq Wallet) you must have enough funds to cover the total cost of the purchase available in your wallet. If you don't have enough funds, you can navigate to the wallet page and make a deposit, or use a credit card for an additional 3% fee.
By expanding the order summary page you'll see all of the various taxes and fees that are associated with your purchase.
Auto PO
All B2B purchases will be automatically added into Lysted upon purchase. Within Sync, you'll find an Automatiq B2B purchasing account where you can customize Auto PO settings like any other marketplace.
Internal Notes
By default, the delivery email address you designate during the checkout process will populate into the internal notes. It's important to accept your tickets into this account, or update the internal notes of your listing if the tickets are accepted into a different account.
We recommend disabling auto PO on any account you accept B2B inventory with, as it is possible for Sync to duplicate PO the tickets upon both purchase and acceptance. This will only happen if a B2B sellers delivers tickets that are slightly different than what is listed your purchase receipt, which happens commonly with masked rows.
Purchasing from Lysted Users
Previously, when purchasing tickets from other Lysted users, a duplicate listing error would be encountered when trying to create your purchase. We have resolved this issue for Automatiq B2B, and Auto PO will still be possible if tickets are purchased from other Lysted users.
If tickets are purchased from other Lysted users, there will be a period "." automatically added to the row value, so the duplicate listing error is not encountered. There will also be an internal note added so the row value displays accurately across all marketplaces.
For example if you purchase tickets from another Lysted user in row "X" - the PO will be created as row "X." and an internal note of @row[X] will be added automatically.
This Auto PO workaround will effect automated ticket delivery. Since the row is being changed, you will need to manually match the tickets between Sync and Lysted once they are delivered to you. Quickly matching the tickets will allow the automation to function normally.
Automated Fulfillment
The same rules and policies apply for automated fulfillment on B2B purchases. The Lysted fulfillment team will manage the delivery of your sales, as long as the following processes are followed
Email forwarding is enabled
The internal notes dictate the "holding" account where the tickets are located
The holding account is added into Sync, with an accurate password
The tickets are accepted into the holding account, and available for delivery.
Only supported primary marketplaces are eligible for automated fulfillment
The Lysted fulfillment team is not responsible for accepting tickets into holding accounts, attaching or delivering PDFs, or uploading transferless links delivered via B2B.
