In an effort to maintain favorable metrics with the exchanges and keep our exchange rates low, Lysted requires orders to be delivered to buyers 3 days prior to the event.

The "In Hand Date" is the delivery deadline for each of your sales. This can be seen for each order on both your sales and fulfillment tabs.

We understand that it may not be possible for some sales to be fulfilled by the Lysted in hand date due to factors outside of your control.

If you are unable to deliver any sales by the Lysted in hand date due to delivery delays, please reach out to us and we would be happy to update the deadline. Once we verify the event is on a delivery delay we will update the in hand date for all current and future sales.

For users that are enrolled in automation - the in hand date can be ignored for any sales that are Lysted's responsibility to fulfill. We will ensure that the tickets are delivered in time to the buyer, based on the deadline provided by the selling marketplace.
