How does the platform work?

Our platform provides a streamlined process for selling tickets online. You can create an account, list your tickets, set your price and keep track of your sales and listings. Creating your listing automatically posts them to thousands of ticket re-sale websites. Once your tickets are sold, we assist you with secure ticket delivery and ensure prompt payment.

Which marketplaces do you list on?

We have partnerships with various marketplaces, including popular platforms like Ticketmaster, StubHub, Vivid Seats, Seatgeek and many more! Your tickets will be listed on multiple platforms simultaneously, maximizing exposure and increasing your chances of a successful sale.

Is it free to list my tickets on your platform?

Yes, it is absolutely free to list your tickets on our platform. You only pay a fee once your tickets are sold, ensuring that you can showcase your tickets to potential buyers without any upfront costs. Fees vary depending on where your tickets sell, as each website we sell through charges a different fee. On average you’ll be paying about 11% of the sale price, including our fee and the fee for the website where your tickets sell. For access to our full live rate sheet click here.

How do I determine the price of my tickets?

Setting the right price is crucial for attracting buyers. Our platform provides free access to an industry leading pricing tool (UpTick). UpTick will provide market insights to help you make an informed decision, and the option to apply automation to your listing to maximize earning potential. You can also choose to adjust the price manually as you see fit!


How do I receive payment for my sold tickets?

Once your tickets are sold, we facilitate secure payment transactions through Hyperwallet. Hyperwallet is owned by PayPal, and is an industry leader in third party payment solutions. The funds will be deposited directly into your bank account, ensuring a hassle-free and timely payment process. By default, new sellers on Lysted are paid 10 days after the date of your event. Sellers with a longstanding history of successful transactions are awarded with preferred payment terms, and are issued payments a few weeks after ticket delivery.


What happens if an event is canceled or postponed?

In the event of a cancellation or postponement, we provide guidance and support to navigate the situation. We work closely with buyers and sellers to ensure fair resolutions, which may include refund options or rescheduling.

How do you ensure the security of my transactions and personal information?


The security and confidentiality of your information is our top priority. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to safeguard your transactions and personal data throughout the selling process. Your payment and tax information is inputted directly into our secure payment provider Hyperwallet (a PayPal subsidiary). We never have direct access to that information.


What if I need assistance or have questions during the ticket-selling process?

We have a dedicated support team available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. You can reach out to us via email or chat directly from your account. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training materials and resources to help you navigate the platform with ease.

Can I sell tickets for various types of events, such as sports, concerts, and theater?

Absolutely! Our platform caters to a wide range of events, including sports, concerts, comedy, theater, and more. Lysted gives you the flexibility to reach a diverse audience of potential buyers. As long as your event is supported by the various ticket exchanges (Stubhub, Vivid Seats, Seatgeek etc) you can sell tickets through Lysted.
