How do I reverify my identity on Lysted?
Steps to Reverify Your Identity - First Reverification Attempt
Access the Settings Tab: Log into your Lysted account and navigate to the settings tab in your account menu.
Edit Your Contact Information: Update the following information, ensuring all details are accurate and free of errors: Full name, Current address, Date of birth, Phone number
Submit: Save the changes to your contact information. This step activates the verification process.
Verification Timeline - First Reverification Attempt
After submitting the updates, your account enters a review stage automatically. You will receive an immediate follow up via email on whether your account was approved or denied.
Steps to Reverify Your Identity - Second Reverification Attempt
Repeat the same steps to update your information:
Access the Settings Tab: Log into your Lysted account and navigate to the settings tab in your account menu.
Edit Your Contact Information: Update the following information, ensuring all details are accurate and free of errors: Full name, Current address, Date of birth, Phone number
Submit: Save the changes to your contact information. This step activates the verification process.
IMPORTANT: If your first reverification attempt fails, you will first need to update your information in Lysted again, and then reach out to our team at [email protected] to manually attempt a second reverification. The second reverification attempt is not automatic or instantaneous. It may take up to a week for our team to manually reverify your account.

Important Notes
If your first identity verification attempt failed, ensure the updated information is correct, as errors may cause delays/account denial. For urgent cases (e.g., if your event is approaching within the 3-5 business days), consider removing your listing and posting your tickets on an alternative platform during the verification process. Please note that Lysted does not accept manual document submissions (e.g., ID cards) as part of the verification process.
Outcomes of Failed Verification
If your identity verification fails even after updating your information and undergoing manual review, Lysted will not be able to approve your account. Unfortunately, this means you will not be able to list or sell tickets on the platform. In such cases, you will need to consider alternative platforms for selling your tickets.
