You can “bypass” our chat (FIN) AI tool when sending a conversation either through chat or through email.
Any user can ask to be handed over to a human teammate, and Fin will route the conversation to our team when that happens.
For our Lysted workspace, we have added guidance to route to a human right away if you are sure your issue cannot be answered with an article.
A couple of important limits to know: Fin can only offer escalation through text, so if you are writing to our support team, and you need an urgent escalation, please make sure you type at least one of the following keywords in your message:

Agent
This will allow our AI tool to stop making recommendations and route them immediately to our team members' queue for review.
