All FIFA World Cup inventory is marked as Seller Fill, meaning fulfillment is the seller's responsibility. This is not a new policy, but given the high-profile nature of the World Cup we want to make sure all sellers are aware and prepared.
We strongly recommend staying on top of your orders and fulfilling them as early as possible.
Get a head start — it pays off.
FIFA's transfer portal uses a queue system, and high login volume around game day is expected to cause delays. The sooner you fill your orders, the smoother the experience will be for you and your buyers.
Note: FIFA's ticket transfer window closes 1 hour before the event start time. If you're planning to fulfill close to game time, be aware that transfers may no longer be possible. We strongly recommend fulfilling your orders well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.
Manual Fulfillment
Always use the desktop website, not the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App.
Important: Transfers completed via the FIFA mobile app may be permanent and unable to be transferred again. This means if you fulfill through the app, the buyer may be unable to resell or retransfer those tickets — and the seller will be held responsible (subject to any disclosures made). To reduce this risk, always process transfers through the FIFA desktop website.
How to document proof of transfer
FIFA does not send a confirmation email for transfers, so you'll need to manually document proof. Take a screenshot at each of the following steps:
When the tickets are selected on the website
When you've entered the recipient's email address (before clicking Send)
When the confirmation screen shows the tickets have been transferred out of the account
Combine all three screenshots into a single PDF and upload it as proof of transfer in the Lysted Fulfillment tab.
Note: Screen recordings are not accepted by marketplaces as valid proof of transfer. You're welcome to keep one for your own records as it may help with disputes, but a PDF of the screenshots is required for submission.
Fulfillment via Sync
Sync offers a FIFA World Cup integration you're welcome to use as a fulfillment tool. Before using it, please review the full 2026 FIFA World Cup Integration in Sync article.
There are a few important things to keep in mind:
FIFA requires two-factor authentication via email at every login. For Sync to handle this automatically, email forwarding must be correctly configured for each FIFA account with a filter for emails with the subject line:
FIFA ID | Validate Your Email
Important: Sync uses a strict one-strike policy — a single failed login immediately flags the account as having bad credentials and Sync will stop attempting until the issue is resolved. Double-check your passwords and email forwarding setup before saving accounts in Sync. If an account gets flagged, contact our support team to help resolve it before retrying.
Sync takes precautions to protect accounts (limited concurrency, static proxies, and persistent browser sessions), but there is no guarantee accounts won't be flagged or suspended by FIFA. By using this integration, you acknowledge and accept that risk. Automatiq cannot be held responsible for tickets cancelled or accounts suspended as a result of FIFA's enforcement actions.
