To access the unmapped listings queue within Indy, you would hover over the POS tab within Sync and select Unmapped Listings:
From there, this will display any purchases you've made that have yet to be mapped:
To map a listing to an event, you're going to want to click the map event button on the applicable event:
Indy will automatically take the first word of the event and venue as well as filter by a three day date range to pull up the most relevant results. For example, you can see the event name selected is, "Baby Keem - 2nd Night Added!" and the venue is "Shrine Expo Hall":
The system automatically searched up Baby Shrine with a date range of 5/3-5/5 to narrow down the results. From this search, all you would need to do is click Map on the applicable event:
Note: Once you map listings to an event, the event ID will be linked in our system on the backend so this is would only need to be done once on your side.
