This procedure outlines the steps to view sold event inventory within Indy POS. It ensures users can quickly access and review ticket details for previously sold events directly from the Inventory Page.
Notes
You can adjust filters as needed to refine your view (e.g., by date, event, or ticket type).
This feature is available for any sold event accessible through your Indy POS account.
Navigate to the POS tab in Indy, then click "Inventory"
Select the filtering options from the left side under the Notes section
Click on the "Inventory" Option and hit "Apply"
Once you hit apply, you will see that there will be a gray bar under the event name that says "Sold inventory" which will display the inventory ID
Listings with the green check mark icon are the ones where fulfillment was completed
Listings with the yellow triangle and an exclamation point are the ones pending fulfillment
