As of November 1, 2025, sellers are going to be required to share the following information with TM+ to have their listings display on ticketmaster.com:
Name
Business Name (If Applicable)
Address (Business if Applicable)
Phone Number
Email Address
TIN / SSN
In addition, TM+ will only broadcast inventory up to the ticket limit for each seller for concert events. For example - If the ticket limit for an event is 4, that is the maximum amount of tickets that will be displayed on TM+ for each unique Lysted seller.
What You Need To Do
If you would like to continue to list tickets on TM+, you'll need to opt in and provide the required information.
Note: Once opted in, distribution to Ticketmaster still requires barcodes to be attached to your listings as all tickets displayed on their site to go through a barcode verification system. They do this to ensure the tickets they are selling are legitimate and not speculative.
