Broadcasting determines whether listings are visible and available across marketplaces or to brokers. Using the steps below, you’ll learn how to toggle individual listings on or off, as well as how to make updates in bulk using the Edit Inventory feature.
Option 1: Toggle from the Broadcast Column
From the Inventory screen, locate the Broadcast column.
Click the antenna-like icon next to the listing you wish to update.
Clicking the icon toggles between broadcasted and unbroadcasted states.
Refer to the color indicators to verify the listing’s broadcast status:
🟢 Green icon = Broadcasted (listing is active and visible).
🔴 Red icon = Unbroadcasted (listing is inactive).
Option 2: Update via Bulk Edit
To update multiple listings at once, select all the items you wish to modify.
Click the Edit button at the top of the page to open bulk editing options.
Choose whether you want to Unbroadcast or Rebroadcast the selected listings.
Click Edit Inventory to apply the changes.
Verify that the broadcast icons in the Broadcast column reflect the new status for all selected listings.
