Filter Categories

There are three main categories for setting up your preferred display of data:

  1. Sort by Category – sort listings by Event, Section, Row, etc.

  2. Columns – customize which columns are displayed and their order.

  3. Properties – expand/collapse data to improve visibility and display area.

Sort by Category

  • Click the Sort button next to each criterion to arrange listings in ascending or descending order.

Example:

  • Clicking the up arrow next to Event Date sorts from the most recent event to the latest.

  • Clicking the down arrow sorts from the farthest upcoming event to the most recent.

Add Criteria

  • Click the + button under Sort by Category and select an option from the list to add more sorting criteria.

Remove Criteria

  • Click the red X next to a Sort button to remove criteria.

  • Note: The Event Date filter is included by default and cannot be removed.

Reorder Filters

  • Drag the grid-like handle to reorder filters as desired.

Columns

  • This is where you customize which columns are displayed and reorder them according to your preference.

Reorder Columns

Note: Your columns will be displayed in the order you set in the Preferences toolbar.

Add Columns

Remove Columns

  • Click the red X next to the pin button to hide a column.
