Access the Preferences Toolbar
Locate the Preferences toolbar in the far-right corner of your screen.
Click the button to view available options for improving navigation and refining search results.
Filter Categories
There are three main categories for setting up your preferred display of data:
Sort by Category β sort listings by Event, Section, Row, etc.
Columns β customize which columns are displayed and their order.
Properties β expand/collapse data to improve visibility and display area.
Sort by Category
Example:
Clicking the up arrow next to Event Date sorts from the most recent event to the latest.
Clicking the down arrow sorts from the farthest upcoming event to the most recent.
Add Criteria
Click the + button under Sort by Category and select an option from the list to add more sorting criteria.
Remove Criteria
Click the red X next to a Sort button to remove criteria.
Note: The Event Date filter is included by default and cannot be removed.
Reorder Filters
Drag the grid-like handle to reorder filters as desired.
Columns
This is where you customize which columns are displayed and reorder them according to your preference.
Reorder Columns
Drag the grid-like handle next to the column name to reorder.
Note: Your columns will be displayed in the order you set in the Preferences toolbar.
Add Columns
Remove Columns
Click the red X next to the pin button to hide a column.
Note: Pinned columns will always display first, regardless of their order.
Properties
Adjust the visibility and layout of data for a cleaner display.
Show/Hide Events Column
Toggle the Events Column to show or hide it.
When the Events column is shown:

Show/Hide Totals
Hide totals to remove the summary bar at the top of the display window.
When the Totals column is shown:

Expand/Collapse Events & Inventories
Use the toggle icons to minimize or reveal additional content for each filter name.
Tip: Setting up filters properly improves navigation and makes it faster to locate and manage inventory, purchases, and sales across all Indy modules.
