This document explains how brokers can access the Event Page for a specific event directly from the Inventory screen in the Sync/Automatiq platform.
By following the steps below, you will learn how to locate an event in the inventory, open the action menu, and navigate to its corresponding B2B Event Page. This page allows brokers to view detailed event information, ticket listings, and other B2B-specific data related to that event.
Steps
From the Inventory screen, find the event you want to view.
Use the search bar or filters (venue, performer, date range, status) to narrow the list if necessary.
On the event row, locate the actions column at the far right and click the ellipsis (three dots
⋯) button.
3. In the dropdown menu that appears, click Event Page.

4.The system will open the event’s B2B page.
Expect a new browser tab/window to open (or the same tab depending on your browser settings).
On that page the broker can view event details, ticket options, and B2B-specific information.
