Lysted will provide a number of filters that can be used to granularly search available data. These filters are adaptive based upon the page that you are on, and data that is made available. Both simple and advanced searches can be crafted.

Quick Search

Quick filters are provided on every page where searches can be executed. These quick search fields provide immediate access to the most relevant filters for each page.

Searches can be executed by pressing "Enter" after filling out input fields, or clicking the "Search" button. You will not be able to execute a search with "Enter" if your last interaction was with date fields. If a search has not been executed, you'll be allowed to click the search button. If a search has already been executed, the search button will be muted.

Multiple fields can be filled out prior to executing a search. The purple tags will populate to show you how the current input fields are filled out. These tags will populate even if a search has not been executed.

Adding a - symbol in front of any search input will exclude that value.

Advanced Search

The advanced search button can be clicked to open up our advanced search modal, which will provide additional fields and advanced features. The advanced search modal breaks down the available filters by category. For example, all "Date" filters are grouped together.

To quickly locate your desired filter, a "Search Available Filter" option is present. You can quickly search for the filter you are looking for, without needing to click into a filter category.

Within the advanced filter modal, additional functionality is made available to pin filters for quick searching, as well as saving your favorite filter sets. Adding a - symbol in front of any search input will exclude that value.

Pinned Filters

The quick filters on each page can be customized, based on your personal preference. Each page allows for 7 "pinned" filters to be added to the quick search.

To personalize your quick search, click the pin icon beside the input fields in the advanced search modal.

Saved Filters

It takes time to craft granular searches that are inclusive of many different filters. If there are granular searches that are frequently made, these can be saved as "Favorite" filters.

After crafting a search in the advanced filter modal, hit the "Add to Favorites" button and name your favorite filter.

To access your favorite filters, navigate to the "Favorites" section. To execute the search, select your desired favorite filter and click the search button.

Keywords Search

The Lysted Keywords search field provides users with a freeform search functionality. The keywords field will by default search for event names or venues, unless it recognizes an approved search code.

Search codes are specific inputs that allow Lysted to designate what to search for. For example, if I wanted to search for a record with a section of "100" and a row of "1", I would enter section:100 row:1 into the keywords field.

Below are a list of approved search codes, and some tips about search code functionality.

  • Include quotations if your search has a space in it.

    • For example venue:"sofi stadium" or note:"limited view"
      โ€‹

  • Adding a - symbol in front of any search code will exclude that value

    • For example -row:X will return every row value except X
